When a wealthy opera lover commissions an opera to be performed at his country villa, and his wife demands a broadway musical review, their only hope of marital bliss is to compromise. However, with only one day for performance, the opera and the musical must coexist and be a part of the same production. Hell hath no fury like a diva scorned, and this hilarious operatic collision of the sacred and the profane is definitely one for the storybooks.
